Contemporary Asian Traditional?

Here is a product board I did for a client I'm helping with at the GateHouse. This is for a couple from Japan who built a house here in Utah and needed to fill it with furniture! They have a bit of a contemporary style with an Asian flair, although for the most part they wanted to keep things semi-traditional. I loved how things came together in this family room! The chairs in the zebra fabric would be amazing! I hope they dig it, cause I know I do!

Best of the Parade of Homes

Just finished up drooling over this year's Utah Valley Parade of Homes. My favorite was this home in Lindon by Hatfield Homes. The best part was the wood flooring, and the bright bold wallpaper. My biggest surprise was that the interior design was done by Four Chairs, who knew they sold more then just chairs. Maybe I should have shown up for that job interview after all. Here are some awesome highlights of this bright beautiful beach inspired home. Find more on House of Turquoise.

Pretty in gray leather

Have you tried gray leather yet? Gray has really made a name for it's self in fashion as well as interiors lately, but gray leather? I say yes. The "light and bright" look has really taken over the market in the way of furniture and the gray leather can bring back the warm natural feel into your room without the rustic, heavy look a typical brown leather can create.
And in fashion? Who can say no to a soft, gray leather bag?
Here are some great gray leather options.

Fun and Funky Rugs

A rug can pull a room together and can set an area apart from the rest of the room. A bright and bold rug creates a room with personality. Here are some of my favorite unique and fun rugs...
